Peppermint is a hybrid of the water mint (Mentha aquatiaca) and the green mint (Mentha spicata) obtained in 1696 in England by crossing wild species. From England, peppermint cultivation spread to Europe and Africa.

Usage Directions
Good essential oil for bath and sauna.
Essential oil is suitable for fragrance stones, humidifiers and aroma lamps.
For skin care aromatherapy, add to bath water 2-6 drops. For relaxing massage. dilute up to 5 drops with 10 ml of base oil to massage oil.
Also suitable for scenting laundry by adding it to the dryer or to washing machine.
