The Dead Sea, being actually a lake, is a unique natural phenomenon, containing 10 times more salt than seawater. While the salt content of the world’s ocean water is about 90% sea salt, Dead Sea salt has less than a third sea salt in composition.
The Dead Sea salt contains chloride and bromide, magnesium, calcium and potassium. Signe Dead Sea Salt also contains minerals from Dead Sea mud. Dead Sea salt softens and cleanses the skin and is used worldwide to treat problematic skin. Magnesium, bromide and calcium support muscle function, bone strength, energy production and metabolism. A hot bath with dead salt relaxes the muscles and reduces the general state of tension in the body.

Usage Directions
* To relax, add about 300g – 450g of Dead Sea salt to a warm (approx. 37° – 39° C) bath and enjoy for about 20 minutes.
* For a healthy athlete, after a strenuous workout take a bath (about 37° C) of approximately 900g of Dead Sea salt.
* In case of skin problems, a full body bath 3 to 4 times a week for four consecutive weeks.
* For footbath with 5 litres of water, add about 100g-150g Dead Sea Salt
