www.signeseebid.ee is an online shop. You can buy all the products from the online store conveniently from home or on mobile devices. To make the products easier to find, they have been placed in separate product catalogs. Select the appropriate products and add them to the virtual shopping cart, including the quantity of the product. You can view the contents of the shopping cart at any time by clicking on the shopping cart icon in the header of the website. The online store provides an accurate overview of which products are currently available and which products are out of stock. If the product is out of stock (or the desired quantity is not available), it cannot be placed in the shopping cart.

Once you have added all the items you want to the cart, check the selected items, quantities and price. It is also possible to use a promotional coupon and a gift card in your shopping cart. enter your promotional code or gift card number in the appropriate field. Once everything is right for you, move on to fill in your contact information. Fill in all the fields marked with an asterisk and select the appropriate method of delivery and payment. You must also accept these terms of sale before placing your order.

You can pay by bank link or bank transfer.

If you pay with a bank link, select the appropriate bank from the selection and make the payment. After making the payment, be sure to press the “Return to Merchant” button.

After completing the order, the order information is briefly displayed again. An order confirmation / invoice will be automatically sent to the email address indicated on the order.

In the case of bank transfer payment, the requisites for payment will be displayed after placing the order. When making a bank transfer, you should enter the order number in the explanatory field. Your order confirmation and invoice will automatically be sent to the email address indicated on your order, which will allow you to pay for your order within 7 days. The order will take effect and will be executed immediately upon payment of the order. The order is valid for 7 days. If it has not been paid after this time, we will assume that you would like to cancel the order and it will be deleted.

We deliver the goods either with the chosen parcel machine or by courier. Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving payment.

Purchased goods can be picked up at Tallinn’s Laki Business Center at Värvi 5 / Laki 12 every Thursday from 11:00 to 16:00. When you pick up the goods yourself, you will not be charged for the delivery of your goods. Ordered goods will be ready to pick up every Thursday.


These terms and conditions apply to the purchase and sale contracts (hereinafter referred to as “the contract”) signed between Signe Seebid OÜ (the “Seller”) at www.signeseebid.ee during the term of these Terms.

A buyer’s order is considered to be a contract for the sale and purchase of goods. The seller is deemed to have accepted the order when he begins to fulfill the order. The buyer can be an adult natural person who has a permanent residence in Estonia or a legal person.

The prices in the e-shop are in euros and include valid VAT. The Company reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
The goods can be paid in advance. Payment methods include floowing bank links:

Estonia: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Bank, Pocopay, Liisi ID and Finora Capital

Latvia: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele and Luminor;

Lithuania: Swedbank, SEB and Luminor;

Finland: Aktia, Ålandsbanken, Danske, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Savings Bank, Nordic, POP Bank, S-Bank, Savings Bank;

and bank transfer. After the payment is received, the seller assembles the goods. For the delivery of the ordered goods, the cost of the ordered goods is added to the postage or courier service fee according to the seller’s price list.


The gift card is valid for one year for the entire range and transportation. The gift card can only be used for paying for the goods at Signe Soaps online shop (www.signeseebid.ee). The gift card will not be exchanged for cash and the difference will not be refunded.

The buyer can pick up the goods at the Värvi 5 / Laki 12 shopping center in Tallinn every Thursday from 11:00 to 16:00. Ordered goods will be ready for pick up every Thursday.

In the case of a courier parcel, the parcel is delivered to the buyer. The courier partner is ELS courier. The price of the courier service does not depend on the size or weight of the parcel, the exact price is visible at the time of the order placing. You can read more about posting here.

SmartPOST parcel machines are located in different shopping centers all over Estonia and Finland. When placing an order, the buyer selects a suitable parcel terminal. Omniva parcel machines are located in different locations all over Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. When placing an order, the buyer selects a suitable parcel terminal. The ordered goods are delivered to the buyer by parcel post at the buyer’s post office, as a courier parcel home or at the nearest parcel terminal.

The ordered goods will normally be shipped within 1-2 business days of payment for the order. In the event of an unexpected problem with the availability of the product, the seller shall inform the buyer.

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the order within 14 days from the delivery of the ordered goods to the Buyer. Withdrawal shall be deemed to have been made to the seller of the requested return of the ordered goods within the specified term. The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer. Returned goods must be unused and in their original packaging. A gift card is also considered as product.

The seller has the right to withdraw from the contract of sale if the seller’s stock of the corresponding goods is exhausted. The same applies if the order was placed by a person who was not entitled to do so under these terms.

In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the seller shall immediately return the goods and the price paid for the shipment to the buyer, but no later than 30 days after the withdrawal to the bank account indicated by the customer. In addition, the cost of returning the postage in excess of 10 euros will be refunded.

Until payment is made in full, the goods are the property of the seller.

Issues not resolved in these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws and regulations of the Republic of Estonia. If no agreement is reached, the buyer has the right to apply to the Consumer Protection Board for the protection of his rights. Disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.


The seller shall ensure that the products can be used in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations (on the packaging or on the website) according to their intended use until the “best before” date indicated on the product. The seller asks the buyer to pay close attention to the storage conditions of the products as the seller’s products do not contain preservatives and are therefore more exposed to external influences such as humidity, sun and high temperature.

The seller shall not be liable for any damage resulting from the use of the product if the product was not used for its intended purpose, the manufacturer’s instructions and other safety instructions were not followed or the product was used after the expiration date.

Please consider your health, allergies and skin type when using products. If you feel the use of product is making your health worse than usual, stop using the product immediately, consult your doctor and let us know.
